Effective September 9, 2026. This policy covers true-freedom-partners.com and the recruiting communications of True Freedom Partners, a brand of Quantum AI Financial & Insurance Agency Corp.
Information we collect
When you apply or contact us we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, state, license type and status, the business you are with, and the notes you type. We also keep records of our calls, texts and emails with you (including the date and content of your consent to be contacted). Our web server logs standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To evaluate and respond to your application, to contact you about a producer relationship, to onboard and support you through Quantum AI Financial & Insurance Agency Corp, to comply with insurance licensing and record-keeping laws, and to honor your communication preferences. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share it
Only with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example web hosting, telephony and messaging carriers, e-signature and background-check providers), with insurance carriers and regulators as required to appoint and license you, and when required by law. These providers may use your data only to provide services to us.

How you opt in: (1) During a phone conversation, after confirming your mobile number, our coordinator reads the full SMS consent disclosure and asks for your agreement. We send texts only after an affirmative answer to that disclosure. Read the complete phone consent script and process. (2) At true-freedom-partners.com/registration/, enter your mobile number and actively check the separate, optional SMS consent box before submitting. The box is unchecked by default. Applying without checking it does not authorize texts and does not affect review of your application.
What you receive: a one-time text with your application link and occasional messages about your own application (status, onboarding documents, scheduling). Message frequency varies; typically 1–3 messages per application. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive one final confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (954) 539-8932. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of applying, purchasing, or of any producer relationship.
No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes. It is disclosed only to service providers as necessary to deliver our messages.
SMS data exception: The general sharing categories above do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in data or consent with insurance carriers, affiliates or business partners for their own purposes. We use messaging providers only to deliver the texts you requested.
Your choices
You may ask us to stop calling, texting or emailing you at any time, and you may request a copy or deletion of your personal information, by emailing [email protected] or calling (954) 539-8932. Phone numbers that ask not to be called are added to our internal do-not-call list. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act; we honor requests to know, delete and correct, and we do not discriminate for exercising them.
Security and retention
Data is stored on access-controlled servers in the United States and retained as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by insurance regulations. This site is not directed to children under 18.

不分享手机信息：手机信息不会为营销或推广目的分享给第三方或关联方。本政策所述的其他各类分享，均不包括短信发送方的同意接收数据和同意记录；这些信息不会出售，也不会为第三方或关联方自身目的而分享，只会在发送消息所必需时披露给服务商。
短信数据例外：上述一般分享类别不授权为保险公司、关联方或业务合作方自身目的而分享短信同意数据。我们只使用短信服务商来发送你要求接收的短信。
